This week whilst the weather was at its best and winds were calm. I created a short Aerial film as a tribute to the West Pier. Didnt want to put random footage of the Pier on there, so decided to choose a haunting yet very melodic piece of music, and found a performance by Jeff Pearce of Brian Eno`s – An Ending which is one of my favourite pieces of music. The West Pier is one of the most photographed sites in the South East despite its sculptural remains. I am not sure of the future of the Pier, but with the up and coming i360 being built right in front, who knows what will happen.
